OVO Vodka is made with corn from one source to ensure 100% traceability and is "distilled six times." The vodka is hydrated with filtered and purified water and bottled without added sugar.

Through its partnership with the Bye Bye Plastic Foundation, the folk at OVO say that for every bottle of their vodka that's sold, the equivalent of 12 plastic bottles will be removed from the world's oceans.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

White pepper, freshly sawn hardboard and matcha powder.

Taste:

White and black pepper, fudge, matcha and balsawood.

Aftertaste:

There's a faint nutty/balsawood note to the peppery finish.

Overall:

This corn-based vodka has a delicate note reminiscent of nuts/balsawood/hardboard and matcha. All vodkas are gluten-free (as this doesn't come over with distillation), but the use of corn and contribution to the removal of plastics in the world's oceans contribute to this vodka's appeal.
