Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Tropical fruit, overripe banana and lightly funky aged rum.
Taste:
Caramelised over overripe banana with delicate cacao fortified by lightly funky pot still rum.
Aftertaste:
Lingering coffee, cacao and caramelised banana with spiritious pepper.
Overall:
Simply brilliant! Delicious sipped neat, but even better in a Red Banana Daiquiri.
