Vedrenne Apricot Liqueur is made from an apricot and Madagascar vanilla infusion. The Royal variety of apricot, named in tribute to Louis XVII, is used. This variety is chosen for its high sugar content and delicate flavour.

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden amber (the lightest of 7 apricot liqueurs in our tasting).

Aroma:

Dried apricot and fresh apricot flesh with faint vanilla.

Taste:

Dried apricot with subtle confectioner's vanilla. Light in profile compared to other apricot liqueurs.

Aftertaste:

Lingering dried apricot.

Overall:

Light in both colour and style compared to other apricot liqueurs and with only 15% alc./vol..
