Appearance:

Slightly hazy pale pink with rising bubbles.

Aroma:

Subdued grapefruit aroma.

Taste:

More restrained in flavour than some other pink grapefruit sodas but arguably more representative of the taste of fresh pink grapefruit. Well balanced with good carbonation.

Aftertaste:

Lingering zesty grapefruit with mild citrus acidity.

Overall:

A well-balanced grapefruit soda with an attractive pale pink colour and good carbonation.
