BTTR n°1 is not a "bitters" but an alcohol-free alternative to bitter liqueurs in cocktails such as the Negroni, Spritz and Americano.

One bottle is sufficient to mix 20 cocktails.

Ingredients
Water, sugar, infusions of aromatic plants (gentian, cinchona bark), citrus fruits (bitter orange, sweet orange), herbs (rhubarb, liquorice), and cinnamon, lime juice, elderberry, safflower extract, preservative: potassium sorbate.
May contain traces of nuts, milk and dairy products.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. After opening, refrigerate (4-10°C) and consume within 6 months.

Appearance:

Clear, maroon red.

Aroma:

Cinnamon, gentain and orange.

Taste:

Bittersweet with bitterness overpowering sweetness. Rooty gentian and bitter quinine with cinnamon, liquorice and zesty citrus.

Aftertaste:

Long rooty bitter finish with zesty orange.

Overall:

Rooty herbal and spicy notes combine to give this non-alcoholic bitter a complexity to match many alcoholic products. Great on a NOgroni.
