The Brooklyn brewery's flagship beer, this Viennese style dark lager is brewed using American Two-Row malts and Hallertauer Mittelfruch, Vanguard and Cascade hops. It also undergoes "dry hopping" whereby the beer is steeped with fresh hops as it undergoes cold maturation.

Brooklyn lager was launched in the UK on draught in 2010.

Appearance:

Clear, coppery golden amber with medium head and lacing.

Aroma:

Malty toffee apple and pine with pink grapefruit zest and strawberry bubble gum.

Taste:

Full-bodied, complex, rewarding bitter hop palate with caramel, bran breakfast cereal, zesty grapefruit and orange flavours.

Aftertaste:

Bitter pine caramel/fudge finish.
