Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
20 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
15 ml Lustau Palo Cortado Península Sherry
10 ml Bénédictine D.O.M.
0.3 ml Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
0.3 ml Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1 twist Orange zest/swath
