How to make:

Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake hard with cubed ice. Strain into a Riedel Cognac Glass

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
5/6 fl oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Ruby port
2 dash Fee Brothers Gin Barrel Aged Orange Bitters
1/2 fl oz Egg white
1/3 fl oz Cold black tea
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
