| 50 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 25 ml | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Cockburn's Ruby Soho Port |
| 2 dash | Fee Brothers Gin Barrel Aged Orange Bitters |
| 15 ml | Egg white |
| 10 ml | Cold black tea |
| 5 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
