How to make:

Muddle basil, watermelon chunks, and cantaloupe chunks in the base of a shaker. Add the other ingredients (except for the soda water), shake with ice then fine mesh strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with soda water.

2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 cube Watermelon (fresh)
2 cube Melon (Cantaloupe)
10 leaf Basil leaves
1 1/2 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
2/3 fl oz Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup
