
Enter a dried lavender flower and/or lemon wheel
Add four Earl grey tea bags to infuse hayman's old Tom gin for up to two hours. Strain out tea bags. Add all ingredients to shaker tin and dry shake. Then shake with ice and strain into Collins glass. Add up to 2 oz club soda and garnish with dried lavender flower and/or lemon wheel.
