Collins glass

Garnish:

Bamboo stick,Cherry,Rosemary,Fresh lemon slices,Straw

How to make:

Add 45ml of Haymans Old Tom gin in the shaker
Add 30ml of fresh lemon juice in the shaker
Add 20ml Amaretto in the shaker
Add 15ml cinnamon syrup in the shaker
Add 20ml Lapsang souchong tea in the shaker
Add ice
Shake
Filter into Collins glass
Top ginger beer
Finally put garnish on the glass

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2/3 fl oz Disaronno amaretto
1/2 fl oz Cinnamon syrup
2/3 fl oz Lapsang Souchong tea (cold)
Top up with Ginger beer
