
-Lemon expression (discarded) -Fresh strawberry, sliced thin layed across the top of the foaming bitters
-Add your fresh, whole strawberry to your shaker tin
-Muddle, until strawberry is a fully broken down
-Add 1/4 oz of fresh cinnamon syrup, 1/2 oz agave syrup, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, 8 drops of Ms. Betters Bitters foaming extract, 1/2 oz Giffard Rhubarb Liqueur, and 1.5 oz of Hayman's Old Tom Gin
-Dry shake your cocktail for 10 seconds, ensuring proper aeration is being implimented
-After dry shaking, add a full scoop of ice to tin. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to impart the proper dilution and chill to your cocktail
-Double strain into chilled coupe glass, and enjoy!
