
Lime zest
Add all ingredients except Absinthe into a shaker, muddle cucumber slices, add ice (preferably Kold-Draft) and shake hard for 20 seconds. Fine strain into coupe and spritz Absinthe overtop. Garnish with Lime zest.

1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
3/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
3 slice | Cucumber (fresh) |
1 dash | Absinthe verte |
1 twist | Lime zest (peel) |
