
Kaffir Lime Leaf
In the shaker, Tear kaffir lime leaf and drop it in,
Add fresh lime juice and Simple syrup followed by Hayman's Old Tom Gin.
Add ice cubes and shake well.
Fine strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice cubes top it up with soda water
Garnish with Kaffir lime leaf
