
Mint leaf
Add all ingredients to shaker. Take 5 mint leaves, activate and tear, adding to the shaker. Shake. Double strain into a coupe glass. Float a leaf of mint in the glass for garnish.
1 1/2 fl oz | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Liquore Strega |
3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
1/2 fl oz | Fino sherry |
1⁄8 cupful | Mint leaves |
2 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
