Garnish:

Splash of honey syrop over the crashed ice and 6-8 very small pieces of dehydrate mango fruit.

How to make:

In a iced Boston shaker add all the ingredients except the ginger beer and shake gently for 10 seconds and harder for 8 seconds. Add fresh ice to the already iced julep cup and double strain from the shaker into the glass until is 2/3 full. Add the ginger beer leaving a little space and finish with a scoop of crashed ice to the top.

1 3/4 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
5/6 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3/8 fl oz Bärenjäger Honey Liqueur
1/3 fl oz Elderflower syrup
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Beer
1/3 fl oz Ginger cordial (non-alcoholic)
11/12 fl oz Reàl Mango Puree Syrup
2 dash Green hot pepper sauce
1 barspoon Hot chocolate powder
