Garnish:

dry purple sweet potato slide, which has dipped in root syrup.

How to make:

Put 45ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin,10ml Chartreuse green liqueur,20ml Lime juice,1Bar spoon Absinthe,1Bar spoon Beetroot juice to a shaker by order, then shake it with ice. then pour into Nick& Nora glass, with a Garnish of dry purple sweet potato slide, which has dipped in root syrup.

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/3 fl oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 barspoon Absinthe verte
1 barspoon Beetroot juice
