Garnish:

Mint sprig and orange wedge

How to make:

Ice glass with half cubed. Add all ingredients apart from Prosecco and lemonade in tin. Shake and single strain into wine glass. Top with Prosecco and lemonade. Add the garnish.

2 fl oz Prosecco sparkling wine
1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
1 fl oz Eager 100% Squeezed Smooth Orange Juice
1 fl oz Fever-Tree Premium Lemonade
