Garnish:

Green Apple Slices

How to make:

Step 1: Pour 30 ml of Old Tom gin
Step 2: Add 45 ml of Heineken Premium Larger Beer
Step 3: Add 15 ml of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
Step 4: Add 25 ml of De Kuyper Sour Apple Liqueur and 30 ml of Lime juice (freshly squeezed) to add the sourness and sweetness.
Step 5: Add 25 ml of Honey syrup and 2 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters to create the deepness.
Step 6: Combine all the ingredients together into the mixing glass. Add the ice then do the rolling.
Step 7: Double strain into the glass.
Step 8: Add the ice cube. Then put the garnish - green apple slices on top.

1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 1/2 fl oz Heineken Premium Lager Beer
1/2 fl oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
5/6 fl oz De Kuyper Sour Apple Liqueur
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
5/6 fl oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
