
Gently align 5 pomegranate seeds in a star pattern on top of foam
Without ice, adequately dry shake all ingredients. Then shake with ice and double strain into a coupe glass.

2 dash | St. George Absinthe Verte |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
