
1 Blackberry
Pour 1 1/2oz. Old Tom gin into Thin, pour 1/2oz. bianco vermouth, pour 1oz. Pineapple juice fresh pressed, pour 1/2oz. Elderflower syrup, add 4 whole fresh blackberries and muddler them inside the thin with all the ingredients. Then add ice and start to shake all of them together. Pour fresh ice to collins glass. Double strain them into a collins glass so you can top it of with soda water. After all that put 1 Blackberry for garnish.
