Garnish:

How to make:

first we take out a glass made of ice,rub the lemon halfway through the cup, dip it in rose salt, next Old Tom Hyman Gin, we will add 45ml, next we will add St Derman elderflower liqueur 10ml, next we add 10 ml fresh squeezed lemon juice , then we add ice to shake, pour into the glass, and finally add 35ml Churchill Port, do a simple stir.

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/3 fl oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/6 fl oz Tawny port
