Garnish:

Edible Pansies (common to your average garden- – Mild and fresh-tasting, they're great in a green salad or as a cocktail garnish) Mint sprig and orange slice

How to make:

Add Hayman's Old Tom, Lemon /Lemon Curd, Pineapple Juice and Honey to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well for 15-30 seconds.
Pour into highball over ice and top with Prosecco

2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Honey
1/3 fl oz Pineapple juice
1 1/6 fl oz Prosecco sparkling wine
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
