
Mint Plouche & Lemon Wheel
Combine all ingredients except tonic in a cocktail shaker and shake quickly to combine and chill. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with the tonic, garnish with a plouche of fresh mint and a lemon wheel.
1 1/2 fl oz | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
3/4 fl oz | Giffard Coconut syrup |
3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Amaro Montenegro |
2 fl oz | Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water |
