- I used a Sakura (Cherry blossom flavour) Green tea from "Mariage Frères" as White Tea. - I used a Lavender Honey as Honey for the syrup.
The name derives from the idea of 'opening the door' once you mix the cherry syrup at the bottom. Also, who doesn't love a good Twin Peaks reference?
