
Orange Twist or flamed orange peel
All ingredients in a shaker, shake until frosted ~20sec. Double strain into a coupe with a sugar rim.
1 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
2/3 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Maraschino liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
2 drops | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
