
Garnish with a ginger crisp or candied stem ginger.
Add all ingredients except ginger beer to a shaker and shake well, before straining into a chilled Collins or copper mug, with cubed ice. Top up with ginger beer and add garnish.

1 1/6 fl oz | Maker's Mark bourbon |
5/6 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 dash | Fee Brothers Cherry bitters |
Top up with | Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer |
