Mandarinade

Garnish:

Mint sprig and almond

How to make:

- Place 4 mint leaves in the glass
- Cut a mandarin into 4 cubes and place them in the glass
- Pour in 10 ml of orgeat syrup
- Muddle, being careful not to tear the mint
- Pour in 50 ml of Mandarine Napoléon
- Add half a squeezed lemon
- Add the ice cubes
- Pour in 70 ml of sparkling water
- Stir with a bar spoon
- Add a top of crushed ice
- Slide a mint sprig into the crushed ice
- Add an almond on top of the crushed ice

1 2/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/3 fl oz Monin Orgeat syrup
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
4 fresh Mint leaves
4 wedge Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine (fresh fruit)
2 1/3 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
