
Orange zest, tea rose
Pour all ingredients (except orange fresh, egg white and Felix Bigallet China China) in stir glass and chill it.
Mix egg white, orange fresh and China China in glass and blend it to smooth and airly foam.
Pour first part in coupe glass after carefully lay second part of cocktail. Garnish with orange zest and tea rose. Serve it to drink.

2/3 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
1 2/3 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Bigallet China China Amer |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
2/3 fl oz | Rosso/rouge/sweet vermouth (di Torino) |
