Garnish:

Burnt demera thats been dusted on top

How to make:

Add 40ml mandarin napoleon
10ml frangelico
50ml half n half
20ml ginger syrup
Dash of foaming bitters
To a shaker and hard wet shake
Double strain into nick n nora
Then get a barspoon of demera and lightly cover the top of the drink. Use a blowtorch to burn the demera to slightly brulee

1 1/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/3 fl oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
1 2/3 fl oz Single cream/half-and-half
2/3 fl oz Ginger syrup
1 barspoon Demerara / dark Muscovado / brown sugar
1 dash Cocktail foamer (foaming agent)
