Ingredients:
40 ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
10 ml Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
50 ml Single cream/half-and-half
20 ml Monin Ginger Syrup
1 barspoon Demerara / dark Muscovado / brown sugar
1 dash 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement
