10 ml | Frangelico hazelnut liqueur |
50 ml | Single cream/half-and-half |
20 ml | Monin Ginger Syrup |
1 barspoon | Demerara / dark Muscovado / brown sugar |
1 dash | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement |
