Garnish:

Fresh rosemary sprig, balanced over the glass and the foam. This not only enhanaces the visual of the cocktail but the aromatics.

How to make:

To create the garden orange, combine all ingridients including fresh rosemary into a boston shaker. First dry shake to emulsify the foam, this creates a strong foamy mouthfeel, after dry shake, shake with ice then double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.

3/4 fl oz Portobello Road Gin No.171 London Dry
1/3 fl oz Honey
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
1 23 leaf Rosemary sprig
1 1/2 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
