Garnish:

Half rim of tajin and a lime coin.

How to make:

Combine Boiron strawberry puree with sugar and water in a pot in the following ratio: 3 sugar: 2 puree : 1 water. Stir on low heat till combined, bottle and label.

1. Prepare a tumbler with a tajin half rim and a big ice cube.
2. Add all ingredients to the small shaking tin.
3. Fill the big shaking tin 2/3 up with ice.
4. Close the shakers and shake for 10-12 seconds, or till the tins get frosty.
5. Double strain into the prepared glass.
6. Express the essential oils of a lime coin and use it for garnish.
7. Cheerio!

2/3 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
5/6 fl oz Rooster Rojo Blanco Tequila
5/6 fl oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
1 1/6 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2/3 fl oz Strawberry sugar syrup
