How to make:
Shake all ingredients with Ice and double strain into child glass.
| 1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Ukiyo Yuzu Gin |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Red grape juice (e.g. Kedem or Welch's Purple Grape Juice) |
| 1 fl oz | Verjuice |
| 3 dash | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
| 3 drops | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
