Appearance:

Crustal clear.

Aroma:

Tropical fruit and lime cordial.

Taste:

Sweet lime Opal Fruit sweets (candy), lime zest with hints of lemon sherbet, lemon drops and barley notes balanced by peppery spirit.

Aftertaste:

Cracked black pepper spice is particularly noticeable in the candied lime finish.
