Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Delicate, fragrant and floral. Heavy pollen, tinned lychee, acacia honey and apricot jam.

Taste:

Lightly syrupy and honeyed with elderflower, lychee, honey and apricot jam. Light citric acidity.

Aftertaste:

Honeyed floral elderflower and citric acidity.

Overall:

Fresh, honeyed and floral. This farm "single estate made" elderflower liqueur compares well to the recognized leading elderflower liqueur.
