Launched in the U.S. April 2012, Grey Goose Cherry Noir is distilled from soft winter wheat harvested in the Picardy region of northern France and is flavoured with the essence of black cherries from France's Basque region.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent, candied raspberry (Mivvi ice-cream), cherry lips candy and cream-of-soda vanilla.

Taste:

Subtly cherry flavoured, not nearly as pronounced as the nose leads you to expect, with faint sweet vanilla and cracked black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Cracked black pepper and subdued maraschino cherry.

Overall:

Attractive candied raspberry and cherry aromas lead to a palate with disappointingly subdued cherry fruit and black pepper.
