Appearance:

Hazy, deep coppery amber with two finger-thick head and sudsy lace.

Aroma:

Well baked crusty bread crust with moderate grassy spruce hops.

Taste:

Black pepper spiced and biter spruce needle hops on a good malt backbone with citrus zest tartness.

Aftertaste:

Lingering spicy black peppercorn hops.
