Review and Tasting

Sampled on 09/03/2010

Appearance:

Clear rather than cloudy.

Aroma:

Lacks the burst of zesty orange found in Fee Brothers Orange Bitters.

Taste:

Similarly, the palate is dominated by bitter spice with orange flavour very much second, while Fee's is far more orangey and comparatively sweet. My own preference is for orange bitters to be predominantly orange and rather less spicy but I'm sure others will prefer The Bitter Truth.
