Review and Tasting

Sampled on 23/07/2013

Appearance:

Crystal clear. Louches milky white with water.

Aroma:

Clean aniseed, liquorice and fresh fennel with faint white flowers.

Taste:

Slight sweet anise and liquorice – surprisingly tame even at full strength. Perhaps more aniseed with water at the expense of the liquorice notes.

Aftertaste:

Strongly liquorice finish with slight lingering wormwood bitterness.
