Made in the relatively lowlands of Matatlan by Abad Guillermo Hernandez, a third generation master distiller Memo using organic Espadin that he skilfully farms with traditional cultivating techniques. Distilled in copper over log wood fires. This joven mezcal is “adjusted” using spring water.

Vegetal, gluey hay/straw.
Explosion of flavour with minty freshness. Rich with salty and peppery spicy notes, grappa-like oiliness.
Salty seaweed dominates the long finish.
