Appearance:

(sample BB Apr/18) Clear, deep amber with a thick and retentive off-white head and good lacing.

Aroma:

Brown bready malt with orange zest, coffee and brown sugar.

Taste:

Burnt caramel, burnt toasted brown bread and roasted nuts with black tea, orange zest and black pepper.

Aftertaste:

Malty caramel with light cinnamon and black pepper.

Overall:

Caramel features predominates in this relativity light-bodied "strong Christmassy ale."
