Trois Etoiles (French for three stars) is blended from eaux-de-vie distilled using wine made from grapes harvested in Drouet’s own vineyards in Cognac’s Grand Champagne and Pettit Champagne regions.

Appearance:
Clear, coppery amber with burnished copper tints.
Aroma:
Vanilla fudge and banoffee, dried fruit (strong apple), cherry and raisin loaf.
Taste:
Slightly sweet vanilla fudge, shortcrust pastry, raison and walnut bread, cherry and dried apple.
Aftertaste:
Vanilla fudge, raison and walnut bread with nutmeg and vanilla spice. Fades with cherry and lightly smoked biscotti. Superb value for money.
