Review and Tasting

Sampled on 23/03/2015

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent, faintly estery with brown bread and pastry notes.

Taste:

Characterful rather than neutral with notes reminiscent of estery new make spirit. More brown bread and pastry – or perhaps think crispy potato skin.

Aftertaste:

Oily pastry-like finish with lingering cracked black pepper spice. Being generous this is characterful rather than neutral but perhaps a bit too characterful and estery for a vodka.
