Appearance:

Deep, mahogany amber with red glints.

Aroma:

Nutty, burnt macaroon and burnt raison with faint molasses.

Taste:

Rich and mouthcoating. Huge raisin fruit, nutty with balancing acidity.

Aftertaste:

Rich raisony finish.

Overall:

A wonderfully complex dessert wine with intense raisin fruit and balancing acidity.
