Quadruple-distilled at micro distillery in Montreal, Canada from Quebec and Canadian grown corn in small batches of 1200. Reduced to bottling strength with local water and carbon filtered five times prior to hand-bottling.

Appearance:

(sample batch No. 001) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Clean, faintly nutty with mild black pepper spice and faint star anise.

Taste:

Very clean with faint toasty nutty notes over clean cracked black pepper. Very faint clove.

Aftertaste:

Black pepper finish with toasty notes and faint star anise.

Overall:

Clean with zingy cracked black pepper spirituous spice and faint toasty nutty and star anise notes.
