Appearance:

Clear, pale golden amber.

Aroma:

Pear, apple, cut grass, toasty brazil nuts, biscuit and creamy vanilla. Water amplifies green apple and pear drops.

Taste:

Rich and fruity with pear drops, apple and cut grass with passion fruit, toasted almond and spice – cinnamon and black pepper. Water tones down the fruit, dries, and amplifies the spice.

Aftertaste:

Orchard fruit and spice.

Overall:

Fruity and lightly nutty with pear drops, apple, cut grass and faint notes of passion fruit. Attractive toasted almond with warming spice. A splash of water improves this generously fruity malt.
