(sample bottle 2016/4, bottle No. 9732) Hazy, pale scarlet red.
Eucalyptus, freshly sawn spruce, redcurrant, sloe berries, black pepper and toasted nuts.
Beautifully balanced spice, berry fruit, spruce wood and sweetness. Attractive earthiness.
Long spicy woody finish with redcurrant and sloe berry fruitiness.
Distinctly drier and spicier than classic sloe gins with pronounced freshly sawn spruce woodiness.
