Said to be a true estate rum, distilled from sugar cane juice using small copper pot stills and aged in oak casks of unstipulated origin for a minimum of six years prior to bottling.

Appearance:

(batch No. 20902) Burnt copper with reds and greens.

Aroma:

Toffee-apple, maple syrup nose, with a hint of floral rose and vanilla.

Taste:

Slightly sweet palate with more toffee-apple, dry woody notes turning sweeter with maple syrup and honeycomb waxy notes coming through.

Aftertaste:

Sweet caramel, slightly woody finish.
